Request deletion of your EduMind UAE account and associated data.

What data will be deleted

•Your account profile and login credentials
•App usage data and preferences
•Any content or submissions linked to your account

What data may be retained

•Anonymised analytics data that cannot identify you
•Payment and transaction records, kept for 5 years under UAE tax and commercial law, and records needed for fraud-prevention, safety, dispute-resolution, regulatory or security purposes — minimised, restricted and deleted when the obligation ends.
•Deleted data leaves our rotating server backups within a further 90 days.

Reason for deletion (optional)

By submitting this form, you are requesting the permanent deletion of your EduMind UAE account and associated data. This action cannot be undone once processed.

You can also delete your account in the EduMind app (Account tab → Delete Account), or email hello@edumind-uae.com from your account's email address with the subject "Delete my account".

We use your email address only to find your account and action this deletion request, and the optional reason only to improve the service. Your request is recorded in EduMind's own systems and sent to the EduMind team at hello@edumind-uae.com to action. It is not sent to GoHighLevel or used for marketing. We do not sell your details. Please do not include any health, medical or wellbeing information. Read our Privacy Policy for how long we keep your details and your rights.
